Bookings

A booking made online or on WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is only secured once Shazeen confirms it with you on WhatsApp. We’ll always try to accommodate your preferred day and time.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting (“from”) prices. The final price depends on your hair length, condition, the look you want and the products used, and is confirmed on WhatsApp before your appointment. Prices may change over time without notice.

Payment

No payment is taken online. You pay in cash at your appointment unless we agree otherwise. Booking online simply holds your preferred slot.

Who we serve

Shazeen Salon is a women-only studio. If a service is for someone under 18, a parent or guardian should arrange and supervise the booking.

Results and health disclaimer

Beauty and hair treatments are personal, and results vary from person to person depending on skin and hair type, condition and aftercare. We can’t guarantee a specific outcome. Our services are cosmetic and are not medical treatment or advice.

Your responsibilities:

• Tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, medication, pregnancy, or recent treatments before we begin.
• Agree to a patch test where we recommend one (for example, before colour, keratin, or chemical treatments). Skipping a recommended patch test is at your own risk.
• Follow the aftercare guidance we give you.

We may decline or adjust a service if we believe it isn’t safe or suitable for you.

Our content

The Shazeen Salon name, logo, photos and the content of this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Using this website

Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it or misuse the booking form. Links to other platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp) are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content or policies.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shazeen Salon is not liable for reactions or outcomes arising from information you didn’t disclose, or from not following aftercare or a recommended patch test. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Multanhave jurisdiction over any dispute.
