What we collect

When you book online or on WhatsApp, you may share:

• Your name
• Your mobile number (for WhatsApp confirmation)
• Your colony or area in Multan (so we know where you’re coming from)
• Your email address
• The service, date and time you’d like
• Any notes you choose to add (for example, hair length or an allergy)

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm and manage your appointment, and to contact you about that booking. Your final price is confirmed personally on WhatsApp. We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

Your consent and legal basis

We process your details on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a booking or message us. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to stop contacting you or to delete your details. Where you tell us about allergies or medical conditions, you’re consenting to us using that information to keep your treatment safe.

WhatsApp

Most bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp. Messages you send there are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, in addition to ours.

Storage and sharing

Booking details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and keep our own records. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

How we protect it

We limit access to your details to the people who run the salon, and we take reasonable steps to keep them secure. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if a problem ever arises.

Tracking

This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies. We use only the essential storage needed for the site to work. Links to our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Threads pages open those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. When you tap a WhatsApp button we record that a click happened and from which page, and we add a short reference code to the message we pre-fill for you. That code carries no personal information; it simply lets us recognise your message when it reaches us and reply with the right context.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the details we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
