Booking & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 7 June 2026 · Lawyer reviewed
This policy explains how appointments work at Shazeen Salon. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
How booking works
When you book online or message us, you’re sending a request with your preferred service, day and time. Shazeen reviews it and confirms your slot personally on WhatsApp. Until you receive that confirmation, the appointment isn’t finalised.
Confirmation
We usually reply within a couple of hours during working times. If you don’t hear back, please send us a quick WhatsApp message so nothing gets missed.
Rescheduling
Plans change — that’s fine. Please let us know as early as you can if you need a different day or time, and we’ll find the next best slot for you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please tell us in advance on WhatsApp. As much notice as possible helps us offer the slot to someone else. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect how we schedule future bookings.
Late arrivals and no-shows
If you’re running late, message us — we’ll do our best, but a late start may shorten your service or need rescheduling so the next client isn’t delayed. If you don’t arrive and haven’t told us, it’s treated as a no-show, and we may ask for confirmation before holding future appointments.
Bridal and event bookings
Bridal, nikkah, mehndi and valima bookings are arranged ahead of time and often include a trial before the big day. Because these block out longer time slots, an advance deposit may be required to hold the date; any deposit terms are agreed with you directly on WhatsApp when you book.
Payment and refunds
No payment is taken through this website — you pay at your appointment. Any deposit terms for bridal or event bookings, including whether a deposit is refundable, are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.
